1. Booking Process:

• - To book a bus ticket, select your current town and your desired departure town, pick your preferred agency, select a travel date, and time.
• - Enter your personal details and place a booking request by booking the trip
• - We will confirm your booking your request with you via whatsapp, and proceed to booking the ticket
• - After your request is confirmed and booked your ticket image would be sent to you

2. User Responsibility: Valid and True Personal Information

At Bookaam, we prioritize the security and accuracy of user information. Therefore, it is mandatory for all users to enter valid and true personal information when making bookings or using our services.

• Personal Information Accuracy:
  • – You are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date personal information during the registration process or when making bookings.
  • - It is essential that the information provided, including your name, contact details, and any other required details, is valid and true to the best of your knowledge.
• Verification:
  • - Bookaam reserves the right to verify the personal information provided by users for security and authentication purposes.
  • - Bookaam will not be held responsible for any consequences, losses, or damages arising due to the provision of inaccurate or false personal information
• Impact of Inaccurate Information:
  • - Providing inaccurate or false personal information may result in delays, cancellations, or other disruptions to your bookings or services.
  • - In case any discrepancies or inaccuracies are identified during the verification process, Bookaam may take appropriate actions, including but not limited to, suspending or terminating user accounts and rejecting booking requests.

  • - Bookaam complies with all applicable privacy and data protection laws and regulations.
  • - By entering valid and true personal information, you consent to the collection, use, storage, and processing of your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.
• Failure to provide valid and true personal information:
  • - This may result in the violation of our terms of service, and Bookaam may take appropriate legal actions if necessary.

3. Payment:

• - For the convenience and security of our users, Bookaam accepts payments exclusively through MTN Mobile Money, other payment method like Orange Money would be integrated in future
• - Prices displayed are inclusive of any applicable taxes and fees for our services.

Payment Confirmation:
• - Once the payment is made, it is essential to keep your copy of the transaction confirmation for future reference or dispute resolution if required.

4. Cancellations and Refunds:

• - Bus ticket cancellations and refunds are subject to the terms and conditions of the respective bus operators, once a ticket has been booked at the agency. Please refer to their policies for more information.

5. Changes and Amendments:

Any changes or amendments to bus tickets bookings may be subject to additional fees or charges, all requests for changes or amendments should be made through our app or website or by contacting our customer support.

6. Liability:

• - Bookaam acts as an intermediary between you and the bus agencies. We are not responsible for any delays, accidents, injuries, or damages incurred during your journey.
• - We are not liable for any issues or disputes arising between you and the bus agencies.

7. Privacy:

8. Governing Law:

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Cameroon. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Cameroon.
